The second floor contains the master bedroom, master bath, and dressing room, as well as 2 childrens' rooms joined by a common bath, and a third bedroom with its own private bath.
In addition, there are three guest rooms with their own full bath.
The third floor hosts the billiards room with full bath, a kitchenette, and a study (or extra bedroom).
The basement contains the mechanics, as well as a walk-in safe currently used as a wine cellar. In addition, it hosts a game room and work room.
Swimming pool: This beautiful (18 x 38) solar heated, in-ground gunite pool. Entirely rebuilt in 2003.
Gazebo: Perfect for outdoor entertaining, this 16 x 14 pavilion features a flagstone floor and custom furniture.
In addition, a beautiful and serene pond are on premises.
Outbuilding
This 30 x 40 foot, two story building, with a poured concrete foundation, and cedar-sided second floor. Built into a hillside, it is convenient, attractive and unobtrusive. It can easily serve as an additional garage and shop. It was designed and laid out to easily update to a two-bedroom guest house.
